This time we offer the last two volumes from the 8-volume collection we offered in our September 22, 2017 sale. Of particular note is Guadeloupe, New Caledonia, French Guiana, St. Pierre & Miquelon and French Morocco incl. local issues.

Many of the better stamps in the sale have expert markings or old French dealer markings on the back. Any stamp signed by Pascal Scheller, Paris have been directly submitted by us. If the buyer wishes to obtain a certificate for any of these stamps, or any other stamp in the sale, we are able to obtain these at cost from Mr. Scheller.

Throughout the sale we have used the Scott catalogs as well as the Maury catalogs. Maury in most cases provides more detailed listing than any other current catalog for French Colonies. It is our understanding that the current publisher of the five volumes of French Colonies Maury catalogs has no plans to publish any updated versions currently. We have been able to acquire a small stock of the last available catalogs, which we plan to offer for sale on our website in the near future, in addition to the annually published Maury France catalog.
