How Lots Are Awarded
Lots are awarded to the highest bidder at one increment over the second highest bid or at the minimum bid in the case of only one bidder. Example: if the high bid is $200.00 and the second highest bid is $100.00, the lot is awarded at $105.00. Increments are listed above.
